The "My Name Is Earl" star was driving in Santa Monica at approximately 11PM when she was stopped. We're advised cops took notice of her automobile following she allegedly committed a traffic violation.


A field sobriety check was performed and Jaime was arrested and booked on suspicion of DUI.


She was used for the Santa Monica jail and held on $15,000 bail.


REPLACE: Regulation enforcement resources reveal to TMZ there were no prescription drugs in Jaime's vehicle. We're also told no youngsters ended up inside automobile.
