Second Wisconsin OWI Offense
2nd Drunk Driving Conviction
  1. Jail – From 5 Days to 6 Months
  2. Fine – From $300 to $1,100
  3. License Suspension – From 12 Months to 18 Months
  4. Occupational License – After 60 Days
  5. Occupational License – After 12 Months (If within 5 Years of 1st.)
  6. SR22 Insurance Required (For Occupational License)
  7. Vehicle May Be Immobilized or, 
  8. Ignition Interlock Device Required
  9. Alcohol Assessment

  6. SR22 Insurance Required (For Occupational License)
  7. Ignition Interlock Device or,
  8. Vehicle May Be Immobilized or,

Fifth or Sixth Wisconsin OWI Offense
5th or 6th Drunk Driving Conviction
